Case Evaluation
Alexandria is our Director of Operations and co-owner of Doran Justice, PLLC. She is originally from San Jose, California, and she moved to Arizona with her family when she was ten years old. She attended Skyline High School in Arizona’s East Valley and then continued her education at Arizona State University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Communication in 2012. After graduating, she began her career as a Recruiter at a global recruiting agency, Robert Half International. While working with Robert Half, she recruited administrative healthcare professionals from customer service representatives through Directors of Human Resources.
After agency recruiting, she became a Campus Recruiter for one of the Big Four accounting firms. She worked with seven universities throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Utah to hire interns and new grad accountants for Deloitte’s Phoenix and Las Vegas offices. Alexandria then continued her career and passion for Campus Recruiting in the accounting industry with RSM. At RSM, she also hired interns and full-time associate level new grads. She furthered her expertise by not only working with her established universities to hire interns and new associates, but also assisted her team throughout the West Region with hiring students from universities in California and Washington. She worked on a national taskforce to create new summer externship programs and assisted with the structure, implementation, and execution of local and national programs every year that she was with RSM. In her time with the firm, she also joined the national consulting recruiting team, and coordinated major campus and office interview days, large recruiting events, externship programs, and handled all of the back-end administrative recruiting projects for her team.
Though Alexandria loved being a Campus Recruiter, she knew that her recruiting and event planning expertise and administrative skillset would benefit Doran Justice and help her grow as both a professional and a person. When Chris and Alexandria Doran established Doran Justice, PLLC in December of 2019, she became the Director of Operations for the firm. She handles all HR and recruitment functions, marketing, social media management, events, vendor relationships, and additional administrative needs of the office.
When Alexandria is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, their son, and their dog! She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, reading, gardening, dancing, and listening to podcasts!
